How do I delete my account? Open the Profile tab and tap "Delete account." This permanently removes your account, check-ins, reflections, and all your data.
How do streaks and the courage score work? You earn points each time you log a daily challenge, with bonuses for keeping a streak going. Check in every day to keep your streak alive.
Is my reflection private? Reflections are private by default. You can choose to share one to the community feed when you check in.
